AT&T Call Forwarding Instructions

Pick the kind of call forwarding you want from the options below. Please note that codes are subject to change by AT&T.

Unconditional (Standard) Call Forwarding - Calls are immediately forwarded to the answering service without ringing to you first.

Conditional Call Forwarding - Calls will ring to you first and if you are unable to answer the call, it will forward to the answering service instead of going to your voicemail.

Note:AT&T does not offer the option to change the amount of rings before transferring the call to the answering service

Best practice is to save the on and off numbers as contacts in your phone so turning on and off the answering service is as easy as clicking a button!
