Instructions for activating and deactivating call forwarding from a AT&T device.
Turning on Call Forwarding
Conditional Call Forwarding (Missed calls come to the answering service)
- Dial **004* with your Signpost forwarding number then *11#
- Example: *004*5551236789*11#
- Call the number, and listen for a success message
Unconditional Call Forwarding (All calls come to the answering service)
- Dial **21* with your Signpost forwarding number then #
- Example: **21*5551236789*11#
- Call the number, and listen for a success message
Turning Off Call Forwarding
If you wish to change your forwarding type, please deactivate current forwarding before dialing in new codes
Turn off Conditional Call Forwarding
- Dial ##004#
- Call the number, and listen for a success message
Turn Off Unconditional Call Forwarding
- Dial ##21#
- Call the number, and listen for a success message
If you are experiencing issues please check the following items
1. Ensure you have the device/number you wish to forward from
Note: Your Signpost forwarding number can be found at the top of your Messaging Hub
2. Important Information for Iphone Users:
If calls are not being forwarded after entering your code. Check the “Live Voicemail” setting in your Iphone and ensure that it is turned off! (Grayed Out)
