T-Mobile Call Forwarding Instructions

Instructions for activating and deactivating call forwarding from a T-Mobile device.

Turning on Call Forwarding

 

Conditional Call Forwarding (Missed calls come to the answering service)

  1. Dial **004* with your Signpost forwarding number then *11#
  • Example: *004*5551236789*11#
  1. Call the number, and listen for a success message

Unconditional Call Forwarding (All calls come to the answering service)

  1. Dial **21* with your Signpost forwarding number then #
  • Example: **21*5551236789*11#
  1. Call the number, and listen for a success message

 

Turning Off Call Forwarding

 

If you wish to change your forwarding type, please deactivate current forwarding before dialing in new codes

 

Turn Off Conditional Call Forwarding 

  1. Dial ##004#
  2. Call the number, and listen for a success message

Turn Off Unconditional Call Forwarding

  1. Dial ##21#
  2. Call the number, and listen for a success message

 

If you are experiencing issues please check the following items

1. Ensure you have the device/number you wish to forward from

Note: Your Signpost forwarding number can be found at the top of your Messaging Hub

2. Important Information for Iphone Users:

If calls are not being forwarded after entering your code. Check the “Live Voicemail” setting in your Iphone and ensure that it is turned off! (Grayed Out)
