What happens if I go over my minutes?

Signpost offers several flexible usage plans to accommodate businesses of all sizes. We also understand that your business is growing, and that some months are busier than others.


As you approach your plan’s limit, you’ll receive notifications at various thresholds, including 50% usage, 75% usage, and 90% usage. We’ll also give you the option to upgrade your subscription tier to unlock more minutes and avoid overages. 


If you do go over your subscription’s limit, each additional minute will incur a fee depending on your subscription. Details for each plan are listed below.
