Can you text customers for me?

With our optional Multi-Channel Messaging upgrade, you can text customers from within your Signpost account. We also integrate with Facebook Messenger and Angi so you can take customer communications from different places and manage them in one. 

Multi-Channel Messaging supports texting directly to customer lines. Additionally, replies to Angi messages go directly to the customer’s phone number instead of their Angi account. Because Facebook Messenger is easy to access and on most mobile devices, replies through this channel stay in the Messenger app.

Finally, the Multi-Channel Messaging add-on allows you to set custom auto responders so you can immediately acknowledge every message that comes through. Auto responders can be set for text, Angi, and Facebook Messenger.

Please Note: You must complete A2P registration for your forwarding number before you can respond to SMS and Angi messages. The guides below will guide you through the process.
